Lyme Magnetic Protocol (LMP) is a unique and powerful biomagnetic and energetic therapy. LMP applies pairs of magnets to specific points of the body to identify the pathogens, toxins and other imbalances that can be the root cause behind the symptoms of Lyme and other chronic illnesses.
Lyme disease and other immune dysfunction disorders can be complicated as they often involve multiple co-infections along with Lyme borrelia. It's through this protocol that pathogens are revealed and brought under control, alleviating symptoms and allowing the body to return to health.

What is Biomagnetic Pair Therapy
Biomagnetic Pair Therapy (also known as Biomagnetism or Biomagnetic Therapy) is a natural, safe and medically sound alternative modality. It was developed by Mexican medical doctor Isaac Goiz Duran in 1988 and is practiced worldwide.
Biomagnetism looks at diseases and symptoms by targeting their root causes. Many complex diseases can be associated with mild changes in pH, coupled with the presence of pathogens drawn to those areas, as well as toxins and other harmful factors. Dr. Goiz discovered that when a specific point's pH is unbalanced, it has an energetically connected point that it resonates with, what he termed a 'Biomagnetic Pair'. It is within these pairs that pathogens and inflammation can thrive. Applying pairs of magnets (a positive and a negative) to these two points helps neutralize the pH, correcting the environment and making it inhospitable to the pathogens that once flourished there.
Since it’s discovery, hundreds of pairs that have the potential to be unbalanced have been mapped, and it’s the practitioner’s job to scan the body using applied kinesiology to locate and balance these pairs. To date, there are well over 600 Biomagnetic Pairs that address pathogens, glandular dysfunctions, emotional issues, syndromes and illnesses.
How do the magnets work?
Magnets have been used in healing therapies for hundreds of years. With the Lyme Magnetic Protocol, a pair of medium intensity magnets of opposing polarity are applied to two energetically connected points on the body for about 20-25 minutes. The theory is that with magnets on these two points, pH balance is restored, viruses begin to die-off and bacteria lose their pathogenic capacity. As the body processes the changes impacted by the magnets, cells become healthier and the body starts healing itself, oftentimes surprisingly quickly.
What is a treatment session like?
It's quite relaxing! You'll lay fully clothed on a comfortable massage table while I go about determining which magnet pairs would benefit you most. This is done through a type of energy testing. As I place magnets that help me determine the most beneficial course of treatment, your body responds with biofeedback via subtle changes in leg length. The results of the energy testing lay out the priority for treatment in each session, with subsequent sessions built upon the progress from the previous one.
What about side-effects?
Despite how aggressively it can treat pathogens, the protocol is generally quite gentle. You may experience a mild 'Herx' reaction within a few days after your treatment. Often herxing can feel like a flare-up of a familiar symptom; fatigue, a mild headache, maybe an achy joint. You will be offered guidance for ways you can support our magnet work in the days following your treatment.
How many treatment sessions will I need?
It depends on how complex your case is, what pathogens are involved and how strong your immune system is. A recent infection may only need 1-3 sessions. Some people need to be seen for a several months, others could be in treatment for a year or more. After your initial assessment, I should be able to give you a rough estimate. Sessions are generally spaced out anywhere from 2 to 5 weeks apart. Your body is the guide!
Is the Magnetic Protocol compatible with other therapies?
Absolutely. The Protocol is an excellent companion to other supportive therapies. Herbal, homeopathic and medicinal flower essences are especially symbiotic. If you're on antibiotics or other medications, you can certainly participate in the Magnetic Protocol. You should continue to see your doctors and I am happy to work with your team. You may find that medications can be adjusted or eliminated as we move through the protocol.
